Victors Care
Victors Care provides top-tier, personalized care from Michigan Medicine physicians, with access to specialty services and coordinated support for tests and referrals.
Michigan Medicine is the top-rated health system in the state and is consistently ranked among the best in the nation. Equally high expectations have been set for the physicians, staff, services and facilities of Victors Care.
As a Victors Care member, your personal physician meets Michigan's exacting standards for knowledge, skill and training. Committed to and passionate about the concierge medicine model, your physician will place unprecedented focus on your specific needs.
As U-M faculty members, Victors Care physicians are very familiar with the hundreds of specialty care options and experts that make up Michigan Medicine. Your Victors Care team will assist with scheduling tests and guiding you to the appropriate specialists as needed.
NOTE: The Victors Care service is provided by Michigan Health Corporation, part of our family of organizations. Victors Care operates separately from our not-for-profit health system and does not accept insurance.
How it Works
Victors Care uses a direct primary care model to deliver a high level of access, convenience and individually-tailored support. By design, Victors Care will limit the number of patients accepted to about 20% of the volume of a traditional primary care practice. Patients pay an affordable annual membership fee to cover all primary care services and procedures, including office visits, with no co-pays or deductibles.
At Victors care, your physician will refer you to one of the top specialists or diagnostic services at Michigan Medicine when indicated. Our staff will even assist you in securing an appointment. Please note that while our staff can assist with referral appointments, Victors Care patients will not receive priority in scheduling over other patients.

Frequently Asked Questions
Victors Care is a model of practicing medicine in which consumers pay an annual membership fee in exchange for enhanced access and time with their primary care physician. The primary care physician in this type of practice does not bill insurance for services rendered; however, the patient still carries insurance for medical care outside the scope of primary care. Victors Care physicians will limit the number of patients they accept to 20 percent of the number accepted in a traditional primary care practice, to make it possible to devote more time and attention to each patient.
Victors Care is open to any adult interested in this model of care. You do not need to have any affiliation with the University of Michigan to become a patient.
Your health is your most valuable asset; a membership in Victors Care is an investment in that asset. As a Victors Care member, you will benefit from enhanced access and a customized health program rooted in a close relationship with your Victors Care physician.
Victors Care makes sense for individuals, families and executive teams who are busy with life, work and travel. This model also benefits those looking for easy, barrier-free access to a personal physician with whom they can build a relationship. Victors Care offers advantages to people with medically complex conditions as well as those who are healthy and active.
If you are interested in the Victors Care program, please contact Kyle Bingham at 248-922-3076 or [email protected] to learn more.
Our physicians are available to members via cell phone or e-mail 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and office appointments can usually be scheduled the same day or the next day.
