Directions to University of Michigan Hospital Floor 2

Parking for the University Hospital is in Parking Structure P2/P3. Remember the level on which you parked.

Locate the parking structure elevator.

• From P2 Parking - Take the P2 elevator to Floor 1.
  • Exit the elevator and enter the Taubman Center.
  • Take Taubman Elevator 5 to Floor 2.
  • Entrance to University Hospital is at the north end of the Taubman Center across from Elevator 4*.
• From P3 Parking - Take the P3 elevator to Floor 2.
  • Exit the elevator and enter the Taubman Center.
  • Entrance to University Hospital is at the north end of the Taubman Center across from Elevator 4*.

Detailed directions to clinics & services located on Floor 2 of the University Hospital are listed below. Look for signage to assist you in finding your location.

• Apheresis Procedure Unit
  The Apheresis Procedure Unit is relocating from Med Inn to University Hospital Floor 2. Follow the University Hospital corridor toward Elevator 2. The entrance to the Apheresis Procedure Unit is located near the public restrooms closest to Elevator 2.
• ATM
  Follow the University Hospital corridor. The ATM is to your right, just before the Guest Assistance/Interpreter Services office.
• Cashier's Office 
  Follow the University Hospital corridor. The Cashier's Office is to your right, just after the Guest Assistance Program office.
• Chapel
  After you enter University Hospital from Taubman, the hallway to the Chapel is almost straight across from Elevator 4. The Chapel is on the right after the Single Occupant restrooms. It is open for personal prayer and meditation. Weekly services are held in the chapel. Please call the Department for more information and times. Regular office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please call 734-936-4041, for more information and chapel requests.
• Diagnostic Vascular Unit
  After you enter University Hospital from Taubman, the hallway to the Diagnostic Vascular Unit is almost straight across from Elevator 4. Pass the Chapel and follow the hallway almost to the end, and you will see the signage for Diagnostic Vascular Unit, which is on your left.
• Einstein Bros. Bagels and University Cafe
  Follow signage toward Elevator 3. There is a large fork sculpture at the entrance to the UH Cafe. Vending machines can be found in University Hospital on Floor 2 next to the cafeteria and on the B1 Floor in the Emergency Department.
• Ford Auditorium (Amphitheater)
  After you enter University Hospital from Taubman, the doors to the auditorium are immediately on your right.
• Friends Gift Shop
  Follow the University Hospital corridor toward Elevator 3. The Gift Shop is near the UH Cafe and across the hall from the East Escalators. The gift shop is maintained and operated by the FRIENDS of the U-M Hospitals and Health Centers. It is open Monday and Wednesday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Saturday and Sunday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
• Guest Assistance Program/ Interpreter Services
  Follow the University Hospital corridor. The Guest Assistance/Interpreter Services office is to your right, just after the ATM.
• Medical Procedures Unit
  After you enter University Hospital from Taubman, the hallway to the Medical Procedures Unit is almost straight across from Elevator 4. Pass the Chapel and follow the hallway straight ahead. The Medical Procedures Unit is at the end of the hallway.
• Nutrition Counseling
  After you enter University Hospital from Taubman, the hallway to the Nutrition Counseling is almost straight across from Elevator 4. Pass the Chapel and follow the hallway almost to the end, and you will see the signage for Nutrition Counseling, which is on your right.
