About
Shruti Jolly, MD, MBA is a Professor of Radiation Oncology at the University of Michigan and serves as Associate Director for the Statewide Cancer Network at the Rogel Cancer Center. She also holds a leadership role as Associate Chief Clinical Strategy Officer for Cancer Services at Michigan Medicine, where she focuses on advancing system-wide oncology strategy, precision oncology, and care delivery innovation.
Dr. Jolly completed her undergraduate and medical education at Wayne State University as a Presidential Scholar, followed by residency training in Radiation Oncology at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan, where she served as Chief Resident and received the RSNA Roentgen Resident Research Award.
Clinically, Dr. Jolly specializes in the treatment of thoracic and gynecologic malignancies, with expertise in high-dose-rate (HDR) brachytherapy. Her research focuses on improving quality and personalization of cancer care, and she has led and contributed to numerous clinical protocols and peer-reviewed publications.
In her leadership roles, Dr. Jolly is deeply engaged in building a connected, high-performing statewide cancer network that expands access to advanced therapies, clinical trials, and multidisciplinary care. She plays a key role in initiatives spanning precision oncology, clinical integration, and innovation across academic and community settings.
Dr. Jolly is also actively involved in quality improvement efforts through the Michigan Radiation Oncology Quality Consortium (MROQC), helping to drive data-informed, high-quality radiation care across the state.

Research Overview
Dr. Jolly’s research focus is on the effectiveness of integrative therapies, including exercise and nutritional interventions, to improve overall patient quality of life. Additionally, she is interested in the impact of cancer on women’s health in underserved countries.
