What if I would like to return a skin care product?
If you experience an allergic reaction from Zo Skin Health, Obagi, Latisse or Neocutis products, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase when receipt is provided and after you have been seen by a provider about your allergic reaction to the product. Any products paid for with a credit card will be applied to the credit card used.
