The U-M Sleep Disorders Center has three locations in order to diagnose and treat patients who have problems with their sleep or daytime alertness. We can assist with several dozen types of sleep disorders, including:
- Obstructive sleep apnea
- Chronic insomnia
- Excessive sleepiness
- Narcolepsy
- Restless legs syndrome
- Idiopathic hypersomnia – daytime sleepiness without an obvious cause
- Circadian rhythm sleep disorders, including delayed sleep phase syndrome
- Parasomnia – behaving in a way that’s undesirable during sleep, such as sleepwalking
