Michigan Medicine’s Chelsea Family Medicine clinic provides primary care services to pediatric, adult and geriatric patients, emphasizing an integrated approach to medical and psychosocial care. Areas of medical service include routine office care, gynecologic, obstetric and well-baby care, minor outpatient procedures (e.g., vasectomy, proctosigmoidoscopy, and endometrial biopsy), immunizations, nutritional counseling, hearing and vision screening and community health services. Clinical laboratory, and EKG services are provided on site. Patients who need inpatient care may be admitted to either St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea hospital or Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor. We participate in a variety of insurance plans.
A wide range of specialty care services from our Michigan Medicine colleagues are also available in Chelsea, seamlessly integrated with our Chelsea Family Medicine clinic.
