Dr. Billi is an honors graduate of the State University of New York, Buffalo, and he completed his internal medicine residency at U-M Medical Center, where he served as chief medical resident.* Dr. Billi is an associate dean at the U-M Medical School and Associate Vice President for Medical Affairs of the University. His research interests are in the field of health services delivery, including the cost of medical care. He enjoys choral singing, cross-country skiing, fishing, bicycling and hiking.
